This Refund Policy applies to purchases made from soonjaskincare.com (the “Site”).
1. Return Window (14 Days)
We accept returns of eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unopened, unused, and in original packaging

With the hygiene seal intact (if applicable)

Returned with any included components (boxes, inserts, etc.)
Items that have been opened, used, or have a broken hygiene seal are not eligible for return, except in cases of defect or incorrect shipment.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items (Report Within 48 Hours)
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can help quickly.

We will evaluate the claim and, if approved, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund as appropriate.
3. How to Start a Return (Return Authorization Required)

Return Authorization is required.
Return instructions and the return address will be provided after your request is approved. Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping Costs

Change of mind / non-defective returns: customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Defective/damaged/incorrect items (approved): we will cover return shipping or provide an alternative resolution.
5. Refund Timing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial.
If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time may vary by bank/payment provider.
6. High-Volume Orders (5 Sets or More)
Orders of 5 sets or more may require additional verification and may be subject to signature delivery.
We reserve the right to limit, cancel, or refuse high-volume orders for fraud prevention. Returns for high-volume orders are subject to the same eligibility rules above.

8. Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention
