Today’s Beauty Routine for Changing Seasons

1️⃣ Cleansing — choose “less stripping” care
During seasonal transitions, your skin’s oil-moisture balance is easily disrupted.
Instead of strong cleansers, opt for a mild, low-pH cleanser or lukewarm-water cleansing to protect the skin barrier as much as possible.
At this time of year, single cleansing works better than double cleansing.

2️⃣ Hydration — remember the first 3 seconds
Before completely drying your face with a towel after washing,
apply moisture while your skin is still damp.
Using a watery essence or toner pad to open the “water pathway” first is key.
This “first 3-second moisture rule” speeds up barrier recovery.

3️⃣ Soothing — make cooling the skin a habit
When your skin looks red or feels warm,
lower the skin temperature with a mist or a sheet mask stored in the refrigerator.
Once the heat subsides, soothing ingredients are absorbed much more effectively.

4️⃣ Moisturizing — layer moisture, not oil
During the changing seasons, instead of rich oily creams,
lightly layer hydrating creams several times.
Rather than applying a lot at once,
“thin layers, multiple times” support the skin barrier without overburdening it.

5️⃣ Sleep — the time when skin truly repairs itself
Between 10 p.m. and 2 a.m. is the golden time for natural skin regeneration.
Finish your day with a gentle moisturizing routine
so your skin can breathe comfortably through the night.

“Skin doesn’t crave perfection — it craves balance.”
In transitional seasons, more than new products,
the best skincare gift you can give is time to quietly recover.
