4. High-Volume Orders (5 Sets or More)

Orders of 5 sets or more may be held for verification and may require signature confirmation upon delivery. We reserve the right to hold, cancel, or limit such orders for fraud prevention.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier, except where prohibited by law.

6. Returns & Refunds

Our return window is 14 days from delivery for unopened, unused items with hygiene seal intact. Items with broken hygiene seals are not returnable except for defective or incorrect items.
Defective/incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

7. Hygiene Seal

For hygiene and safety, items with a broken hygiene seal are not eligible for return (except defective/incorrect items).
