This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed on soonjaskincare.com (the “Site”). We currently ship within the United States only, including Alaska and Hawaii.

1. Free Shipping Threshold

• Free standard shipping on U.S. orders $99+ (before tax, after discounts) applies to the contiguous U.S. (48 states) only.

• We do ship to Alaska and Hawaii, but free shipping does not apply and shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.

• Orders under $99 will be charged shipping at checkout based on destination and selected shipping method.

2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Processing times may be longer during promotions or high-volume periods.

3. Estimated Delivery Time (Transit Time)

After your order ships, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days within the contiguous U.S. (48 states).
Delivery to Alaska and Hawaii may take longer. Times shown at checkout are estimates and may vary by carrier and destination.

4. Address Accuracy

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing an order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

If tracking shows your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the carrier first and then email us at support@soonjaskincare.com. We will do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee replacements for stolen packages.

6. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video of the packaging and item(s). Please see our Refund Policy for claim handling.

7. High-Volume Orders (5 Sets or More)

Orders of 5 sets or more may require additional verification and/or signature delivery for fraud prevention.
